Our feature is based on the WebDAV protocol provided by Microsoft. WebDAV Protocol doesn't support all MS Office versions.
So, if you encounter an issue with our MS Office feature, please take a look at our supported versions and format and check if the version you're using is supported by the WebDAV protocol.
