Powertools brings the possibility of archiving documents within Google Drive.
Whenever Workspace Managers want to clean the content of a Workspace, rather than deleting its content they have the option to archive files and folders. Those files and folders:
- Are moved to a dedicated and hidden storage area, still within Google Drive,
- Are not accounted in the Powertools licenses documents quota anymore,
- Are kept for an unlimited period of time,
- And can be restored by administrators and workspace managers at any moment.
