After you have reached the end of your free trial of Powertools, you will need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription in order to continue using Powertools

Upgrading your account is a fully automated process which you can perform from the Powertools back-office. If you face any issue during the process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.

1 - Start the subscription process

From the Powertools back-office, click on the green “Subscribe” button on the top right-hand corner

2 - Select your plan

Click on the “Subscribe” button next to the subscription plan that matches your needs. If you are unsure which plan is best for you, please check the plans comparison table.

3 - Select your number of licenses

In the My Plan area, click on the green “edit” icon to select your quota of users and documents. 

Note that a single license grants access to:

  • 1 Powertools user
  • 1,000 documents managed by Powertools

The minimum number of licenses for a single domain is 10 licenses. This represents 10 users and a 10,000 documents allowance.

Click on the green “Validate” button once you have entered the number of licenses required. 

4 - Provide your payment method

In the popup appearing, click on "Complete" to access the billing portal. 

Click on the “Add” button in the Payment Method Information area to add your payment details


Fill your payment method details and click on the “Update” tab to return to the Powertools billing portal.

5 - Proceed with the payment

You can now close the billing portal page and go back to the Powertools page. Back on the popup below, click on "Pay" to finalize the payment of your subscription.
